Kidwise Outdoor Products, Inc. is all about kids and bringing them the best in outdoor play. We strive to promote safe play for kids of all ages through outside activities. Our line of products includes commercial swing sets, residential swing sets, trampolines, water trampolines, inflatable bounce houses and inflatable water slides, bikes, sport goals and many other items to choose from in our ever expanding lineup. Our goal is to provide “Everything a kid wants” with affordable pricing and predictable costs to our dealers and merchants in turn passing that savings on to our end customer.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship most of our products from our Atlanta Georgia warehouse and corporate offices. Some of our products ship direct from the manufacturers and distribution facilities that we represent. The most important thing is that we will always have first hand knowledge of your order from start to finish. Many large companies take a week or longer to ship your purchase. Their giant size can be a negative when it comes to service and fulfillment. If you are an international customer you can send us shipping inquiry with your message including the product you are interested in and your ship to location and zip code. Flat rate shipping is available to 99% of our customers.  Those customers who live in remote areas with limited shipping options such as Islands with limited access, Remote regions of the Continental US, Canada and Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges should your area incur additional shipping surcharges.  In this case you will be notified prior to shipping and be given the option to complete the sale with the additional charges or cancel your order before it ships.
Privacy & Security
We respect your Privacy and will not sell or misuse your personal information. You may opt in to receive information on specials, sales and new product information. If you do not opt in then you The CPSC requires us to keep your contact information on file in case we need to contact you about important product updates or recalls. This information will be kept for 3 years after your purchase in case we need to contact you.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer free shipping in the US it is important to be certain of the product you would like to buy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused item within 30 days. Your purchase will be refunded less the actual costs of shipping. Shipping is not a refundable expense. If you have opened and used an item and are unhappy with your purchase you may call us within 7 days for a return authorization. In the case of opened or used items a 20% restocking fee will also apply. Restocking fees are necessary because opened items cannot be sold as new and have to be sold off as used goods. Please be sure of your purchase to avoid unnecessary fees.

Cancellation Policy

          We understand sometimes people change there mind. That's                                why we offer a 24 hour worry-free cancellation policy. After 24 hours, your           order can be cancelled, but the refund will be less a non-refundable 4%               Shopify processing fee. 

Manufacturers Warranty
Every product we sell has a manufacturers warranty against defects and workmanship.  The duration of this warranty depends on the type of product. All items are covered for 30 days unless noted under that product.  For Example:  Includes 10 Year warranty on Lumber and 1 year on all accessories.    This will be clearly noted under the product descriptions.   In situations where abuse, misuse, neglect or unapproved uses are present the warranty will be invalid.   Please follow the appropriate use, number of users and instructions at all times.  Example: An item designated for residential Home use cannot be used for commercial, rental, or public use.  Any damages resulting would not be covered under the manufacturers warranty or by kidStores.com or any of its subsidiaries.  If you have a warranty claim or problem, please email service [at] kidwiseusa.com (Please replace [at] with @ symbol) with your name, date of purchase and invoice number, contact information, and a description of the problem.  If you can attach an image of the issue that will help to expedite your claim quickly.  Some issues are very simple to solve so the more information you give us the easier it will be to seamlessly help you through your problem.
Ordering
Ordering is simple and online. Just place the item in your cart. When you are ready to check out just proceed to check out. The system will ask you for all the necessary information to process your order. If you have any trouble please email or call us M-F 8am-6pm ET and we will help you with your purchase. We are also here for non specific hours over the weekend. Feel free to give us a call. We cannot guarantee order cancellation after the order is placed.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all forms of credit cards for payment. If you are an institution, municipality, or a school we also accept a prepaid check for payment. You will need to email or call us for help placing your order manually. If you sign up to receive our updates and special promotions we will email you with our monthly specials and new product announcements. You may always opt-out of the mailing list after you join. We will promptly remove you from our list.
Viewing Orders
Your orders are confirmed when placed and you are also notified upon shipping with a tracking number to follow your order. Our products that weigh less than 150lbs will ship by Fed-Ex Ground or by UPS. Any product over 150lbs will ship by freight carrier. We offer free shipping within the US and also provide a lift-gate delivery for all freight shipments at no extra charge. You can check the progress of your shipped order conveniently by going to the designated shipping website and putting your tracking number in the box as prompted. For Freight shipments you will be called for a delivery appointment. We ask that you inspect all freight shipments for visible damage before signing for the shipment. Any damage should be clearly noted by you or the driver directly on the Bill of Lading(shipping receipt this is necessary for us to file a claim for any damages. Signing the BOL without noting damage is an acceptance by you that the goods were received in good condition.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by going to My Account. We do NOT store credit card information along with your account information. Each time you make a purchase you will need to input your credit card information for security purposes.
