Shipping Information:

• A freight trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

• The product is delivered via curbside liftgate, and you must be present to accept the delivery.

• Please inspect the delivery for any visible damages and note them on the delivery receipt to make them eligible for damage claims.

Freight Shipments: (Ex. Playsets, Rubber Mulch) ship via LTL Freight Truck. Delivery is appointment required and a curbisde liftgate delivery. Your shipment will be placed on the end or driveway/curb nearest to the driver with a liftgate.
